After 6 interviews I still had no idea of the compensation package or if they wanted to hire me. There were three phone interviews and 3 in person interviews. Then another phone interview to discuss compensation

Interview
There were three interviews total, all in store it ended up taking about 2 months to complete but they let me know immediately whether or nor I was going to be asked back. They ended up offering me another position which I took. Overall a good experience, was asked to bring a professional portfolio of some kind.

Interview
It took three face to face interviews and one phone interview for this position. I was told that they never hire for this position from the outside but since they didn't have any real qualified applicants, they had to "go through a process".

They mostly engaged you in conversation about yourself. Favorite things, what you like to do, favorite tv shows, etc. Really nothing about what you know about the company, if you are aware of the company's goals and where they are positioned in the now.
