Interview
The location was a nearby hotel as the new restaurant is under construction. I met first a gentleman who I believe was a hospitality leader who conducted the first portion of my interview. I then met with the general manager who asked me more detailed questions about my ambitions and goals. I was then offered a position on the spot.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
Met with one of the leaders, asked some basic questions, made sure i was certified, and as long as you are put together, switched on, and read a little about the company beforehand, you would be fine.
