Interview
Everyone that I have encountered was very friendly and was reflective of the culture that Restoration Hardware tries to cultivate.
They will respond to your application by email to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview with the recruiter. Be sure to PREPARE EARLY because they will probably call you earlier than when the phone interview was scheduled.
At this point, if they are interested in you, they will have you come to HQ for a 1:1 interview with each member of the department staff.

-The interview questions were cliche ones. So don't sweat about it. You can tell they were just asking questions on the list because they had to file it with HR.
