I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone, which led to an onsite interview with 2 team members, in addition I was asked to complete a design challenge within one weeks time using Rh product and present the design to the Design Director. After the design presentation, I was asked to re-design what I presented to see how well I take feedback and design with the RH Ethos in mind. I submitted the design, and was offered the position. Each RH member I met with was very kind and professional. I enjoyed the feedback on my design, as it gave me practical advise and further information on what they were looking for. The employer asked a lot of questions about how I work with people, or what I would like to spend my time doing. They want to see where you would best fit in the company based on what you would want to learn/ how you would want to grow.
