RH Interior Design Assistant interview questions

The first-round interview covered standard questions. Overall, I had a positive experience, except for one issue: the position had opened less than four days before my interview. It wasn’t a repost—it had just been listed, and I applied a few hours later. However, they mentioned it might already be filled since they were in the final stages of interviewing another candidate. This seemed odd because they had also stated that their interview process typically takes weeks. It has now been over four weeks, and the position still appears to be open.

Had the first interview virtually with HR. Second interview was in person with 3 gallery leaders and I completed a 90 minute design challenge at that interview. They ended up hiring me after the second interview, but it sounded like they usually do 3.
