I was disappointed in the typical, boring interview process as I thought the company would be contemporary and have some personality. The set up was in a dark conference room, you on one side, four leaders and managers on the other side (not sure for intimidation reasons or just an awkward set up). They each took time to ask you dated HR questions...give me a time when you...what are three weaknesses...etc.
I received an email for an in-person interview 4 days after I turned in an online application. I wrote a sincere cover letter as I was very interested in the position. But once I met the managers, I could not see myself working for rude people. I witnessed a condescending conversation between one of the managers and a younger associate when I arrived before I "announced" myself. BAD VIBES AT THE DENVER LOCATION.
