Video interview. Talked up the company. Wanted a college degree and experience for the pay of a entry level unskilled job. Asked questions on design programs and experience with auto cad. Asked about how many projects you can handled mentioned that it was a fast paced company.

There were so many different interview steps for a this glorified sales person position that they called a Designer. It was the most tedious interview process ever which was outrageous for a retail position.
