RH Assistant Interior Designer interview questions

First starts with a phone call with what I think is the general manager. Really nice lady and call was very laid back. Second interview was a video call where one of the lead designers joined in. Both ladies were lovely. Third interview is expected where you do an AutoCad assessment. Excited to see where the next step is.

3 extensive interviews ranging from 40min to 1 hour each with no job offer. The interviews were with different managers and other employees. They suggested another position to interview for and still didn't get the job offer.
