The process was professional and well-structured. It started with a warm welcome from the HR team, followed by an overview of REHAU’s values, operations, and innovation-driven culture. The panel consisted of team leads and managers who asked me questions about:
• My academic background (especially in operations management and information systems)
• My understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain processes
• How I would handle real-life plant scenarios like production bottlenecks or quality issues
• My passion for technology and continuous improvement
• How I stay organized, manage time, and handle pressure
I was also asked behavioral questions that assessed my problem-solving skills, teamwork, and how I align with REHAU’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
One thing that stood out was the emphasis on innovation and collaboration. They’re clearly a company that values both efficiency and employee development.
Overall, the interview was challenging but fair. I left feeling more excited about the automotive manufacturing world and hopeful about contributing to REHAU’s mission of engineering progress.
