The interview process was relatively easy. You first meet up with the Agency Principal of the branch you want to work at. Then he/she will decide whether you are suitable or not.

Interview
On call, getting the information necessary to make a decision on whether you want to progress further or not. Information about training cost’s, days and times as well as expected earnings
Ask introductory questions They asked about hobbies, how much experience I have in the field, in which area I would like to work, about conditions ,could say it was a routine interview
Fairly straightforward, basically a conversation of goals and expectations. Very informal. They were interested in someone who might be willing to do training for them in the future also. I wasn't aware of that beforehand.
