I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
total there 2 meetings , first is with the office manager, the office manager will usually talk about what is the role in the position and ask some of your experience. then it comes to the second interview with the CEO of each individual office. the CEO is the one decide if they will hire you or not , 2 interviews are equally important
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Glasgow, Escocia) in Apr 2026
Interview
On call, getting the information necessary to make a decision on whether you want to progress further or not. Information about training cost’s, days and times as well as expected earnings
Ask introductory questions They asked about hobbies, how much experience I have in the field, in which area I would like to work, about conditions ,could say it was a routine interview
Fairly straightforward, basically a conversation of goals and expectations. Very informal. They were interested in someone who might be willing to do training for them in the future also. I wasn't aware of that beforehand.
