6 interviews and an assessment before rejecting.Startup that's more about "culture fit" than experience. They didn't like a candidate that had more leadership competency than their hiring managers. Quick to hire, quick to fire. Not worth it for the benefits that they claim to offer.

You around as well. The longest part is a 2 hour long 4 part interview. It really helps you get to know the company and the people you’ll be working with.
