Lateral applicant. Submitted writing sample and transcript ahead of interview. Took 2 follow ups to get scheduled for an interview. Interviewed with multiple partners in one day. Each interview was about 30 min. Was given an offer by the managing partner later that same day.
Really pleasant interview, open conversation and casual topics, followed by a quick Q&A session on experience and motivations. Transparent information is being shared right away by the Partner. S s
