Quinn Emanuel Associate interview questions

Multiple rounds with between 6 and 7 partners total. Various fairly technical questions along with the usual "why here". First round with two partners, second round with four or five.

Chat with partner, including technical/legal questions. The partner was very busy, and needed to answer his phone several times during the interview. There were typical questions (why Quinn Emanuel etc) but also quite a few legal questions - for example, what the test was for implied terms, and the extent to which entire agreement clauses were effective.
