I’m a single Mother of 5 children who is hoping to start my career as a Licensed Phlebotomists. I worked so hard to accomplish this dream for myself and becoming a License Phlebotomists has been a life long dream of mine and now it’s become the hardest to acquire due to a ridiculous requirements of having a year or two experience., Which to me makes no sense at all because how am I suppose to gain experience without an opportunity to enhance the skills I was taught and start working in Laboratory. I feel these feet’s would be very challenging for any individual starting their career off and running if they were just given the chance they need to thrive and excel in the new found profession.
