First a phone screen, then invited for an on-site interview. Very conversational interview, talked about past experience and why I wanted to work there. Received an offer a week later.

There was a phone interview with a recruiter, which lasted about 15 minutes. After this initial screening, I was invited for an onsite interview with three of the hiring managers. This interview lasted about 30 minutes and was followed by a facility tour. I was also given the opportunity to shadow one of the current lab associates.
