1st step: they filtered out the CVs and lowered the number to 3-4 candidate. 2nd step: short discussion on the phone 3rd step: 1 hour interview with personal questions, but there were mainly technical questions and tasks.

The entire process took close to about 45 days. There was Phone screen - 2, all day in person interview - 6-7. The all day interview was very tiring. This included the lunch interview. Too many buildings and was little confusing in the beginning.
