Qualcomm Software Engineer interview questions

Their process seems to be good while they did not contact after director round interview. I received a call from HR for first telephone round then they called me for 3 rounds in their Bangalore campus. Interview was quite good. After around 2 week hr asked for 2 director round and I hope interview was quite good and simple. Director asked my long and short term goal and few questions about team management. He told me see you soon. After all these i received no communication from them. I am quite shocked that they did not give any feedback or so. Which is not acceptable. These days I had same experience from other 2/3 companies. After everything they don't give any feedback or offer. Disappointed.
