I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm in Mar 2010
Interview
Asked me about technical and programming questions regarding C# and .NET and SQL. The recruiter is nice and direct to the point. Never had the chance for an on-site interview. He called on time and we did several reschedules because of conflicts with my current employer and his schedules. I wish I was given a chance and wishing for an in-person programming exam or something.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
Had the onsite interview through a employee referral. Apart from asking what is on your resume, they try to check your general analytical skills as well. I lacked the RF/baseband experience but they had urgent need for somenone with that experience. They wanted to bring me in as a contractor to which i kindly declined.
