Qualcomm interview questions

I interviewed for an internship position at Qualcomm Research and development during May. The interview consisted of a couple of technical questions regarding my skills for the position. It was generally pretty laid back. The interviewer ended up being my mentor during the internship.

list several ways to design a low power SRAM. How the temperature affect SRAM performance. Effect of VDD scaling. design for multiple read ports. Basic 6T and 8T SRAM structure. Also ask for project experience. Phone is not clear, have a hard time to understand. The interviewer is nice. HR response is quick.
