Interview
One phone interview. Purely Resume based. After one week got a call for onsite interview. Interviewed with 5-6 individuals. Again resume based interviews. Lot of questions on basics of digital comm, dsp, networking.
Good to work on one of any technologies out of UMTS, HSPA, LTE, CDMA2000... Concentrate on call flows, handovers, layers of LTE.

They visited our campus last september for internship and later i got a pre placement offer.
The first round was a online test with 55 questions to be done in 70 minutes. These were mainly focused on analytical ability , C programming skills and some Data Structure based MCQs.
Then there were 2 interviews : Tech and HR . The first one lasted about 40 mins and the latter about 15 mins . In the tech they focusses on your project .some puzzles and some coding questions relevent to your favourite data structure . In HR i was asked the same general questions.

The questions asked were not at all difficult but yes some questions can be called as unexpected like the ones based on my project. They asked that why couldnt i complete my project earlier, what were the barriers i faced and what improvements were possible on that project etc.
