I applied online. I interviewed at Qualcomm (París) in Jan 2026
Interview
1 month after applying, I received an email asking for a technical interview with one of their engineer. I have a video call of about 1h15.
Then you have a presential meet up in the office with technical tests, such as LeetCode exercise and then Human Resources interview.
Fast presentation of the company and the team, then technical questions with screen share for some of the explanation but no direct coding.

Interview
First contacted by a manager, connected well with him. Then met with an adjacent FP&A director, who said I seem like a great fit. Met with HM and thought it went well.
Took an excel assessment. Timed 40 min. Honestly was kinda bs, got caught up on a question that required the “What-if” feature. Wording on the question about for was nonsense. Otherwise did everything perfectly.
Was ghosted, even after following up with the recruiter and HM.

Question 1
Are you comfortable leading difficult budget conversations?
There was 1 technical phone screen and 4 rounds in virtual onsite. Each round focused on problem-solving alongside fundamentals in C and systems programming. There were low-level design questions as well.
