Qualcomm interview questions

First, I got a phone call from a HR person for scheduling a video interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was for 45 minutes. He seemed very interested in hiring me and verbally confirmed that they would do the main interview next week. He gave me the date and time of interview also. But after the interview, I never got any link for the interview and got no reply to my email. They completely ghosted me and I am highly disappointed with this unprofessional behavior.

I have recently applied to a Senior DevOps Engineer opening at Qualcomm. In a few days, I received an email saying I got shortlisted and I need to complete an online assessment for the first round. I haven't received any link for the same. I was trying to reach out to the provided email address but I never received a response. I tried reaching out others on LinkedIn but that didn't help me as well, even though few responded. This was during the last weeks of my notice period and I feel I lost a good opportunity due to the incompetence of a HR rep.
