Qualcomm interview questions

On February 19th, 2024, I interviewed for a SW Engineering Intern position at Qualcomm Tirat Carmel after applying online. Throughout the interview, the interviewer remained on the phone, displaying a lack of respect and engagement. When I proposed a solution to a technical question, the interviewer responded with a dismissive and condescending tone, making me feel belittled and undervalued. The interviewer's behavior created an uncomfortable and unwelcome environment throughout the entire interaction After 30 minutes of feeling disrespected and undervalued, I informed the interviewer that I was unable to continue the interview and excused myself. I believe that a positive and respectful interview environment is crucial for both candidates and interviewers. I hope that Qualcomm will take steps to ensure that future candidates do not experience similar situations.
