I applied online, then got an invite to attend the assessment day. When we got there, the recruiters gave us an insight about the company. After that we had an English test ...some were eliminated.

Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

They asked about situational questions and you have to come up with solutions on how you are gonna deal with difficult situations. The interview process was long and rigorous. It is, overall, a three day process.
