Interview
Basically they had 4 rounds in total. First round is self introduction round , second is GD or extempore round , 3 BMI check and the final round is personal interview with top management panel.
Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

They asked about situational questions and you have to come up with solutions on how you are gonna deal with difficult situations. The interview process was long and rigorous. It is, overall, a three day process.
