I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (Gdansk) in Nov 2017
Interview
I will share my insights on the "Open Day Cabin Crew Fly Attendant" in Gdansk - November 2017.
First meeting was supposed to be on the first floor of the conference room. There were about 40 people at maximum. Mostly they were girls after college. Boys can be 10 - 15 people.
Leaders - Qatar did not present or look properly dressed for the meeting. She was dressed in a worn-out worn sweater, an ordinary blouse under him. Do it overweight.
Polka, introduced himself. She was dressed accordingly The girls apparently did not cooperate with each other because first the cataract said she would collect the CV which caused confusion in the room and then she said we would go to the room on the ground floor. So everyone started packing again. To that, she said that the selected people - they will receive a text message with an invitation for about 12 hours.
However, as we went down, it turned out that the CV collection meant the selection of candidates and the "chosen ones", mainly the selected ones, were given a questionnaire to fill.
It seems to me that Katarka was giving out questionnaires.
No sms was there. It was a simple mistake. Selected about 4 people. Probably later test in English and work in groups.
The girls won: one had blonde hair, the other one was natural. Both had a costume - knee skirt and jacket, white shirt, tights and shoes. They were average height about 165 - 170 cm. Immediately after graduation.
Questions to talk about:
- What do you do in life? Where do you work?
- Why do you want to work at Qatar Airways?
- How many times have you applied to work with us?
- What are your qualities at work?
For such a meeting you need to have strong nerves. It can be frustrating if you really spend a lot of time on this meeting. The choice is rather random and they are looking for suitable people - mostly women. You need to be dressed appropriately for their style - there is a lot of information on the internet.
So if you are from the second area of Poland think about whether to come for a 1 minute meeting.
It's all about being able to get 1 together and you can only get 9 together. It depends on your determination and luck.
Mostly such meetings are rather of a marketing nature but this time they fell out really pale even I would compromise.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Qatar Airways (Goa)
Interview
Three day long process.
Went for the initial without an invite on the first day.
Got invited for the next day
Checked for any visible marks, height and weight, person to person interview
Third day
Another person to person interview, orientation.
Almost 5 rounds of interview. See how you interact with customers and asks you random questions that's not related to work. Interview spots opens around the world, so if you want, you can see the destination that's near you and go for a interview.
A candidate should participate an open day. You should prepare and bring your own resume to show it to recruiters. There were a bunch of groups waiting for their turns.
