Interview
It was around 90 interviewers. The first step was English test. The second- to reach 212 cm and short interview. During the second step the recruiters are looking at you: your speech, your body, face. I think, I didn't pass not because of English, because of my features of my appearance, but i don't know exactly, it's just my opinion. I think, after English test it's obvious what you have to change, correct. After the second step- nothing is clear. In my opinion, they have to say, to give advices to interviewers.

Almost 5 rounds of interview. See how you interact with customers and asks you random questions that's not related to work. Interview spots opens around the world, so if you want, you can see the destination that's near you and go for a interview.
A candidate should participate an open day. You should prepare and bring your own resume to show it to recruiters. There were a bunch of groups waiting for their turns.
