The hiring process consists in a few steps: an interview with HR, a pre-tech interview then a practical test with a "small" project to implement. Based on the feedback on the project, if positive it will continue with other two interviews before getting an offer.
I found the first two steps very pleasant, but things changed after I submitted the project. I was rejected (totally fine with it, it could happen), but the worst part was that the feedback was binary, like "the feedback was negative, good luck, bye". I asked to a proper feedback, but never got an answer.
I feel that this was a missed opportunity to improve myself and have an interesting discussion that could have lead to a better understanding on the candidate attitude and expertise (myself in this case, but it's something valid for everyone).
So at the end of the day, my experience with this process was not so good as I expected, not because of the result, but because of the really poor feedback even after explicitly asked.
