The interview was chaotic. Was asked to prepare a 15 minute microteach (with less than 48 hours notice). Had to rearrange the interview due to work commitments (which seemed to be a trial in itself). The interviewers were almost 10 minutes late to my interview. Started my microteach, one interviewer stopped me 9 minutes in (I stated I had 6 minutes left). Questions seemed a bit disorganised, and when I asked about location-specific information, neither of the panel seemed to have a clear answer. They also did not seem to know which post I had applied for. Was informed I would hear back in 5 working days "or possibly 7, as the person making the decisions will be on leave". After 21 days, I called HR (twice) with no response. Finally got through to the person who had offered me the interview to be told they would be happy to take me on. Declined offer, as, if this is an indication of the working environment, I was not impressed.
