Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does your previous experience relate to this role?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at QA (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied directly to the company through their website. About a week later, had an email from HR asking to arrange a telephone interview.
Telephone interview was with the same person from HR who then went through a couple of standard questions - talk me through your experience with Dynamics and how will you get to the office (which seemed an odd one...). And that was it.... 15mins max and at least half of that was her explaining a bit about the company and the role and the last few minutes covering next steps and my availability. Person from HR obviously had absolutely no technical understanding so I've no idea what she made of my skills and experience - she certainly didn't ask me to expand on or explain any answer (and general demeanour was largely uninterested).
Was told that I should hear something within a week, probably to arrange a face to face interview. However, despite repeated chasers, still haven't heard anything - shoddy at best but if we're being honest - downright rude. How much effort does it take to send an email saying thanks, but no thanks?
