Assessment day started standard with introductions and some games to get to know one another. Next we had a short course on Java programming which we was then tested on. Following this we entered groups where we did research and made presentations for unique and fun topics and a short 1-to-1 interview to briefly go over the Java assessment and a chance for you to ask questions.

Interview
1st, a recruiter contacted me (after finding my CV online). Then an online aptitude test, similar to an IQ test. Then a phone interview (which consisted of going over my CV - very easy). Finally, an assessment day in Manchester, which lasted from 10:30 to 17:00, with a Python lesson, Python test (15 minutes, on paper), 2 group exercises, and a 1 on 1 interview.

Interview
Initial phone call with recruitment consultant following application, then proceeded to book interview. I was impressed with how quickly the process moved- I had an interview within 2 days of applying for the position.
In person interview with 2 members of staff, general interview questions and competency questions.
I was then called back a week later to be invited to a 2nd interview, where I was speaking to members of the team.
Overall very impressed with the interview experience! I was kept well informed and the process was streamlined.
