I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QA (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Jan 2020
Interview
Telephone interview & python test & assessment day invitation. It was fairly easy.
Telephone interview was very basic informal chat
Python test was basic basic level
Assessment day consisted of three tasks done in groups and you get pulled out for 1-to-1.
Ensure you're engaging with all the colleagues and giving them an update if they missed anything due to their 1-to-1
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a time you faced an issue and how you overcame it
Seemingly quick and efficient recruitment process. You're asked to complete an initial Python test (with basic training provided), followed by another technical test on an assessment day (or Microsoft teams call), and are finally invited to a 1-1 interview, and asked to give a 5 minute presentation about yourself.
