I applied online and had to complete an application form that assessed my strengths. I was then asked to complete some psychometric tests, about an hour or so I was called by their recruiter who said I was successful. He then walked me through the process and told me I would have an interview 2 days later.
The video interview was a strengths based interview and is very easy if you have done a lot of competency interviews and know how to used the STAR technique you will be fine.
Got a call a few days later that I had been successful and I accepted the offer.
