Eerst inhoudelijk gesprek gehad met een van de managers en daarna gereageerd op online functie die nog steeds op linked in staat. Met toesturen CV en motivatie en toen niets meer gehoord.
Na 2 reminders standaard afwijzing zonder toelichting terwijl ik echt voldoe aan alle eisen en er bekend is in de markt dat zij senior medewerkers zoeken
Process was disorganized and incredibly lengthy. It took over 2 months to finalize with little communication from HR. Do not recommend. It would be easier if I had known all steps when getting started.
