Much attention to personality, SM and Director were trying to figure out if I would be good match for the team based on my personal characteristics, like communication and leadership skills, easy- going, ability to work under pressure etc, all pretty much as usual. The idea is that you spend allmost all your time with the team- 15 hours per day during busy- season lasting few months, so you and the team should really be suitable. They are looking for confident but not arrogant ppl.
