Interview
It was a very professional interview as you would expect from such a company. They have a good HR department which enables managers to be good at conducting interviews. I felt that I needed to be prepared and they were very thorough and professional
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.
