It's a simple process direct placement from campus recruitment program. You can also apply through their website. First you need to create a ID on their career portal and then upload necessary documents and if your CV get shortlisted then you get the mail of their HR for the interview and if it goes well you will be selected.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
