Interview
Easy and Simple. Two 30-minute rounds. Both interviewers were amazing and made you feel comfortable. The questions were also conversational and nothing too accounting-related. I got the offer within an hour of the interviews. The rate was also very close to 40 dollars an hour.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
