Phone interview, it was a preliminary assessment to understand my motivation to take a role in restructuring and debt advisory. Then we talked about compensation. I learnt there is little possibility of switching among divisions as spcialization becomes too narrow.

Processo bastante estruturado e longo, com múltiplas etapas. Incluiu conversa inicial com Talent Acquisition, teste de inglês, entrevistas com liderança da prática e etapa final com apresentação de case presencial. As conversas foram bem conduzidas, com foco em experiência anterior, fit com consultoria, capacidade de delivery, visão comercial, geração de pipeline, transformação e construção de soluções para clientes. O processo exigiu preparação consistente e boa capacidade de estruturar problemas de negócio.
