Interview
Very standard procedures. Campus interview first and then office visit, then notified my offer after a week because they had other interviewees came in in the following week. In Dallas, they threw an extravagant dinner, and the hotel was very fancy. Don't sweat out. HR and interviewers were all easy going and nice. -- I guess it really depends on the interviewers ---- I was lucky. All easy behavioral questions.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
