I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PwC (Manila, ) in Oct 2011
Interview
After submission of resume during hiring season, if qualifications permit, you will be contacted by the recruiting officers.
First interview will be with a human resource recruiting officer wherein basic interview questions will be asked to test oral communication skills. Standardized test and written essays will also be part of the hiring process.
If you pass the first interview, your next interview will be with the Partner or Manager of the Firm. They ask personal questions that will allow you to detail how you manage problems that you encountered throughout all aspects of your life (family; education; etc..),
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
