1st Stage - Campus interview (One 45 mins interview)
The first stage was a campus interview and a pre-night dinner.
2nd Stage - Office interview (Three 45mins 1:1 interviews)
The office visit starts with a pre night dinner. Next morning candidates have breakfast with the greeters and do the interview straight after breakfast.

Question 1
The questions were mostly conversation based rather than behavioural questions. The interviewers were really nice and gave a lot of chances for interviewees to learn more about the company and position. I also had enough time to talk about my experience.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
