I received a call from the HR team and successfully cleared the first round of discussions. The second round was scheduled, and I joined on time; however, the panel did not join the meeting. The interview was later rescheduled, but about 15 hours before the revised schedule, I received an email stating that my application had been rejected.
After the discussion, I came to know two things:
1. They were specifically looking for a PMO Manager profile.
2. The position has currently been put on hold.
