After filling out a standard application the next step consisted of an app you were to download, which was in the format of a game with multiple 'mini-games' and exercises. These seemed to be a general IQ-test except perhaps even more randomised and I could see no relevance to the job itself or how that was going to assess the candidates.

A 1a fase do processo de recrutamento consistiu em testes psicotécnicos realizados online, dinâmica de grupo e entrevista com os RH. Os testes psicotécnicos avaliam raciocínio lógico, raciocínio verbal, raciocínio numérico, inglês e motivações.
