Online Assessment (OA): Aptitude Assessment (approx. 15 minutes) Workplace Behaviour Assessment The Aptitude Assessment consists of three main activities: Grid Lock Puzzle: Complete 9 questions in 3 minutes. Task: Fit given puzzle pieces into a grid perfectly. Proof It: 5 questions, each within 1 minute. Task: Identify and click spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors in given paragraphs. Each question allows 3 attempts; after 3 mistakes, you automatically move to the next question. Numbubbles: 10 rounds, 20 seconds per round. Task: Quickly pop bubbles showing math expressions matching a target number. Difficulty progressively increases.
