Interview:
not very stressful. Mostly just wanted to determine if you were a good fit. Consisted of 2 interviews with different levels of would-be superiors. Overall very low stress event. Plus they treated us to lunch.

3-If you pass these you are called for an interview with the manager
4-The final step of the recruitment is an interview with a partner.

Phone interview first. then separate interview at the office with other candidates, part of the super day. I interviewed with a partner, manager, and HR all separately for about 20 minutes each. after the interview an associate took the candidates out to lunch. heard back about an hour after lunch
