I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC (Seguin, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was recruited from my campus. It was a process that lasted about two months. Laid back informal interviews with current employees. Final interview was also laid back. It really helped me to understand the type of people that make up the company. That is really the differentiation in the big 4 accounting firms, the people that you have to work with everyday.
Total four rounds, including online application, on-site interview (group interview and individual manager interview), final partner interview. Group interview in China is usually a case study, 10 mins to read a case, then discuss in the 4-5 people group and present for 10 mins. Individual manager interview lasts around 30 mins, and normally it's behavior interview. The whole process last around one to one and half months. After the final interview, HR give the oral offer first and then send the official offer. The whole process finishes in around 2 months.

Question 1
why audit? why PwC? career path? long term/short term goals
I did it the fifth of January. The AC includes individual report, group exercise and numerical and logic tests. It was not that intensive than I thought but have not received any news yet. It is said that it is important to have clear structure for report and have a good layout is quite helpful. So I prepared a simple layout before AC. Also make sure you practise enough tests as you might get stuck under pressure.
