We have to take the English and EQ test. Then we have to take the English (again) and Mathematical test. After that we have an interview which usually is easy to pass. The most important thing is the English part.

i got invitation to 1:1 interview after passing a test, consisting of 3 parts (math, foreign language, IQ skills). at the interview i was asked many questions concerning my knowledge and education. some case situatuations were put before me to solve. the interview lasted for 1.5 hours. as i think it went pretty well. now i'm waiting for the approval for the last interview with 2 managers, where more exact questions concerning the position will be asked.

Interview
I got the first round interview through university job fair. First interview consisted of 1 45-minute 1:1 interview. Questions are mainly about my resume. No behavioral questions during the 1st round. One week after the first round, I received the email notification for the final round. Final round consisted of a pre-interview dinner (3 candidates, 1 associate, 1 manager, 1 partner), presentations from the firm, 2 1:1 interviews, half an hour each.
