Approx 40 minute competency interview based on their values, the PwC professional. The man interviewing me was friendly and explained how the process would be. He would describe a value they are looking for and then ask a question based on that value. Prepare to really articulate how your skill is demonstrated and how it can be useful for PwC.

Telephone interview with the local partner followed by interview with regional lead partner. A painless experience - more of a conversation than an interview, emphasising personality fit, drive, motivation and intellectual rigour. No unnecessary repetition of your CV or "Give me an example of when..." type questions.

Getting hired with PwC is like any other interview process. You have to talk to a series of people. However, the structure is much different. They interview based on the qualities they look for.
